Refund & Cancellation Policy
Rules for cancellations and refunds of paid programs.

1. Cancellation before batch start
Requests received at least 7 days before the batch start date are eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable processing charges.
2. After batch start
Once the batch has started, fees are generally non-refundable. Transfer to a later batch may be allowed at the company's discretion.
3. Program cancelled by TNS TECHNOVA
If a program is cancelled by us, students may choose a full refund or transfer to another program.
4. How to request
Write to us from your registered email with your application number and payment receipt number.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to the payment gateway timelines.
